Withdrawal Policy & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to withdraw/return in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

A. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one hundred (100) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one hundred (100) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Judes Family GmbH, An der Rummel 4, 14806 Bad Belzig, Germany — please do not send any goods to this address; Email: leon@noahquinn.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within one hundred (100) days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than one hundred (100) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of one hundred (100) days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or the goods are returned, your lender enters into our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you concerning the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The foregoing does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to minimize contractual obligations, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.

General Information

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not send goods back to us freight collect. Contact hi@noahquinn.com to receive a return label.
Please note that the above points (1–2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

C. United States (US) Returns & Refunds Policy

For customers located in the United States, the following returns and refunds terms apply. This section governs returns for US orders and does not limit any mandatory rights that may apply.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within one hundred (100) days of delivery. To start a return and receive a prepaid return label, please contact leon@noahquinn.com. Do not send goods to our postal address; returns sent without an authorized label may be refused.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and components. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

When you use our authorized return label, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within up to thirty (30) days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. We do not charge fees for refunds.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
